Spin

SPIN is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. You set the tone by working with the resistance on your individual bike. RPM/Spin™

Rig Fitness

Rig Fitness takes place on our state of the art MultiRig and Sprint track. This versatile class combines strength and cardio far an amazing full body blast. Juniorcise

Lots of fun and movement to great music. Using their own body weight to be active and develop motor skills and coordination. A variety of styles are used from yoga to dance. One thing is for sure... your kids will burn lots of energy in a fun and safe environment. Ages range from 6-11 years.

Pilates

targets the deep postural muscles within the body through a series of exercises aimed at building muscle strength and rebalancing the body. correctly, pilates also teaches coordination, concentration and control of the body.

Kettle Bells

Kettlebells Originating in Russia, a kettlebell is a centuries-old training tool that looks like a cannon ball with a handle. Kettlebell training is different than other forms of weight training because many parts of the body are exercised simultaneously, and in addition kettlebell training elevates the heart rate for effective cardiovascular training.
