What Les Mills Classes do we offer?
We offer a range of Les Mills classes including BodyPump™, BodyAttack™, BodyBalance™, BodyCombat™ and CxWorx™.
BodyPump, is the original barbell workout, utilizing a barbell, weight plates and body weight to provide a muscle-by-muscle fully body conditioning workout; the format provides a high-calorie burn rate depending on the effort of the participant; with focus on building strength and endurance and developing lean muscle.BodyAttack, is a high-intensity aerobics class with an athletics/sports-inspired theme, featuring a variety of simple body movements placed in sequence to high-intensity music; it is among the highest-intensity classes with a high caloric burn rate.
BodyBalance, is a strength and flexibility class that uses techniques of Pilates, Yoga and t’ai chi, complete with special emphasis on body harmonization, relaxation, muscle control and concentration.
BodyCombat, is a high-intensity cardio-aerobics class with a martial arts theme, featuring various disciplines such as taekwondo, karate, t’ai chi, kickboxing, and muay thai.
CxWorx, is a core-training program focused on strength and stabilization of the core and surrounding sling muscles, tracks focus on the shoulders and hips in addition to the abdominal muscles for a holistic training of the core.
