Sandymount Live Classes Timetable
West Wood Club Sandymount Live Class Schedule Effective 1ST July 2020
Our class timetable has being designed with a minimum 15 minute gap between each classe to allow for equipment to be sanitized
Keep your workout clothing clean: Ensure you wash your workout clothes after every visit to the gym. Wipe your trainers down before entering the gym with the sanitizer and blue roll provided.
Social Distancing: Please apply social distancing during your visit and be aware and considerate of other members and staff. Do not invade each other’s space.
Keep your hands clean: Wash your hands before, during and after your workout. Watch what you touch and only touch what you need.
TIP: - bring your own sanitizer so you can get your hands clean without interrupting your workout
Sanitize Equipment: We have provided additional sanitizing stations throughout the club. Spray the blue roll, wipe equipment thoroughly and dispose in the bins provided. Do not leave used blue roll on the equipment or on the gym floor. BIN IT IMMEDIATELY AFTER USE.
Use a towel: You MUST carry a towel to the gym and studios. We recommend you carry two towels, one to wipe sweat from your face and the other to place on the benches and seated equipment. Do not use towels to wipe down equipment.
NO Towel No Train.
Bring your own reusable water bottle: Do not drink directly from the water fountain spouts. Bring your own bottle (not glass) and fill up your bottle to drink directly from.
Maximum Capacity: Avoid areas/zones when they are busy. We have placed a maximum capacity for areas/zones of the club such as stretch area, weights area, functional areas etc. These MUST BE adhered to.
Stay away if unwell: If you feel unwell DO NOT come to the gym, follow the Club regulations and the guidelines set out by the HSE.
- Classes with an asterisk (*) have limited spaces. Please book at reception or gym desk on the day.
- All our classes are over 16’s only unless included on Teen & Family Timetable.
- Bring a sweat towel and water to keep hydrated and wipe down yourself and the equipment after use.
- We recommend no more than 3 HIIT style classes a week.
- Please notify our instructors of Injuries, Illnesses or pregnancy prior to class so that we can help you to move safely.
