At West Wood Club we truly believe fitness is great for everyone in the family. But rather than schedule just a few classes for teen members, we now allow teenagers attend many of our fitness classes. This includes spinning classes, rpm classes, Les mills classes, trip classes…and many other fitness, fat loss, and body shaping classes.
Our timetables clearly show which classes teens are welcome to attend.
