It’s delivered in 45-minute sessions that guide you through smart lifting technique—from muscle hypertrophy and endurance work to heavier strength-focused training.
You’ll move through key ‘compound’ exercises like squats, deadlifts, lunges, and bench press using barbells, plates, and bodyweight. The focus is on quality reps, not just quantity—so you’re always working with muscle-toning intention, not just going through the motions.
