What are virtual fitness and weight loss classes?

What do you do if you come to the gym and there are no fitness classes happening? No problem. West Wood Club now offer ‘virtual classes’ in all our main studios. These classes happen right through the day – particularly during the quiet times.

Classes when you want them

Virtual Fitness Classes are an in-gym, audio-visual, group fitness experience you’ll love. You get the same workout as you would with a ‘live’ instructor led class except your instructors is on the big screen. The sound is the same. The classes are the same. The moves are the same. And the instructors are the same. The only difference is that your watching your instructor on giant screens.


  • Please bring a sweat towel to all classes. See our Class Etiquette for all information

  • Sanitise and tidy away all equipment after use.

  • Always notify our instructors of injuries, illnesses or pregnancy prior to class so that we can help you move safely. Yoga Yinᴸᴹ and Breathᴸᴹ are not suitable for pregnancies

  • Classes with an asterisk (*) have limited spaces. Please book at reception or gym desk on the day. See our booking and cancellation policy for more

  • West Wood are a Les Mills partnership club. An 'LM'  indicates specific Les Mills Yoga, Pilates, Core and Dance classes. Les Mills are the world leaders in science backed, engaging and results driven group fitness classes. Curious? Click here to see the video.

  • All our classes are over 15’s only except our Family classes available in Clontarf, Leopardstown and Westmanstown.

  • Family classes are for ages 10-14 training with their Parent(s)
