Lilian joined the West Wood Club as a member in November 2018. She then qualified as a PT and got her first Les Mills qualification in May of that same year when she started working in Westmanstown. Lilian progressed as Gym Manager in Feb 2020. In 2022 Lilian was promoted as General Manager at the West Wood Club in Dun Laoghaire. Lilian holds a Bsc in Business. She is qualified in personal training and nutrition. Lilian is certified in 7 Les Mills programs: Body Pump, Les Mills Core, Sprint, RPM, The Trip, Body Combat and Body Balance.

Niamh has been a part of the West Wood Club in Dún Laoghaire since 2020. She is a qualified LesMills instructor for all your favorite classes such as BODYPUMP and The Trip. She also teaches Kettlebell, Spin, Step Aerobics, and Aqua Aerobics. Outside the gym, Niamh spends most of her time training MMA & Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

Alex Leung started his career at the West Wood Club in 2014 as a promotion and sales intern. In 2016 he qualified as a Lifeguard instructor and transitioned to Swim Coach. Alex is a highly qualified Personal Trainer and holds a Level 6 FETAC Sport and Recreation Studies, a Level 3 Diploma Personal Training, and numerous other qualifications. He is also a LesMills qualified instructor and teaches Bodypump, RPM, The Trip and sprint. He also teaches Kettlebell, Boxing, Spin, functional HIIT and Aqua aerobics.

Javier Chacón has been a personal trainer at Westmanstown, Dublin 15 since September 2019. Javier’s personal training focuses on swimming and aqua therapy for improving the quality of life and preventing injuries or chronic diseases. Javier qualified in personal training at the Sports Science University in Barcelona. Javier also teaches Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Balance, Sprint, and Trip. Javier was a two-time medallist in the Catalonia Swimming Championship. He has been among the Spanish top 10 in the 100m butterfly and 100m medley for 4 years.

Samantha Moylan is a qualified Personal Trainer and Group fitness instructor specialising in Personal training, TRX, kettlebells, indoor cycling, and Pilates. Samantha believes that learning your limits and working towards them daily will improve more than just your physique. Outside the Gym, Sam practices yoga, hiking, pole fitness, dance, and Pilates. She is in the process of getting her first LeMills qualifications and will soon be teaching The Trip and RPM at the West Wood in Dun Laoghaire.

Paddy Dowling has been a Personal Trainer at Westwood Club since August 2021. Paddy is from Dubai and has lived in Ireland for 5 years. He specialises in functional fitness, fat loss, hypertrophy training and sport-specific training. Paddy is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Massage Therapist. Paddy teaches Les Mills Body Pump. Paddy also plays rugby with Old Belvedere RFC and attends UCD to study Medicinal Chemistry.

Suranne Williams has been a personal trainer at the West Wood Club since February 2022. She is a qualified fitness instructor who teaches functional classes and box fit and will be starting her Les Mills courses soon this year. She enjoys working with first-time gym users to athletes in areas such as fat loss, muscle development, strength training & maintenance of your new lifestyle. Suranne has played football for many years and has been very successful winning several All Irelands and being selected for International trials.

Leo has been a personal trainer at West Wood Club since 2020. Leo is from Brazil and has lived in Ireland for 5 years. He specializes in Exercise Physiology, Sports Training, Cardiovascular Rehabilitation, and knee rehabilitation. Leo is qualified in Personal training, Physical education Aquafit, physical evaluation, Nutrition adviser, Physical coach, massage course, and physiotherapy. Leo teaches Les Mills Body Combat, Body Attack, Body Pump, The trip and Sprint. (Currently doing RPM and Les Mills courses) Leo also competes in the Parkvale Football team, senior Women since 2020 as Head coach. He is also an FAI Football coach, physical coach and UEFA Football coach.

She is also a first-degree blackbelt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and was 2 times world champion. She enjoys working with people of all ages and fitness levels in areas such as fat loss, muscle development, strength training & maintenance of your new lifestyle. Gabriela is extremely outgoing and deeply enjoys sharing her passion for health and fitness with others.

Ciara - Personal Trainer

Ciara started as a personal trainer at Westwood Club in Dun Laoghaire in November 2021. She always had a passion for fitness and has grown up playing a variety of team sports. She has been training in a gym since she was only 16 years old. Ciara holds a Group Instructor EQF Level 3, and Personal Trainer EQF Level 4 certificates.
