Expect small, controlled movements that quickly tone key muscle groups—especially your glutes, mid-section, and legs. You’ll use your bodyweight, light hand weights, and glute bands to create body-shaping resistance and find that “muscle-toning” hot spot in each move—the one where you know change is happening.
