Here are a few tips to help you get started with Abs Blast…
Let the group fitness instructor know it’s your first class.
Work at your own pace. If you want to stop, no problem. Just stop and take a rest.
If you want to start with just 5/10 minutes and then leave, that’s also not a problem.
You may feel some muscle soreness after your first couple of classes. Don’t worry. That is normal and a sign you’re targeting the right body areas.
Two classes a week is plenty. Combine this with your gym workout and good nutrition for maximum ‘abs workout’ results.
