Your Membership Payments During Covid-19 Lockdown

Dear members,

On behalf of everyone at West Wood Club, thank you again for your support over the last many months.

Your kindness, generosity and support for all our staff in these tough times has been hugely appreciated.

Unfortunately, in compliance with Government’s Covid-19 announcement, placing the country into Level 5 of the Roadmap to Recovery, we must close our doors again, from 4pm Thursday 31st December. We will remain closed until at least 31st January 2021.

Your membership payments….

  • Since the first COVID-19 closure in March, we have stopped all your membership payments for any months we were closed. You have NOT been charged for any months we were closed.

  • Unfortunately, the direct debit payment for January cannot be reversed at this late stage. But we will credit this payment for your February subs and no direct debit will be processed until March 2021.

  • All annual memberships will have a month added to the end of their current membership.

Please remember it is important for both your physical and mental well-being to remain active during this time. Understandably, it may be more difficult this time around with the darker evenings, but staying fit remains extremely important.

All our staff and management at West Wood Club would again like to thank you, and hopefully we will have you back exercising with us soon.
