WHAT WE EXPECT FROM MEMBERS WHEN USING THE GYM
Please wear appropriate workout attire at all times. Sports clothing and trainers are required: no flip flops, slides, crocs, or open-toe footwear.
Ensure your workout attire is clean and fresh.
Always bring a towel. Whether you sweat or not, wipe down all equipment after use with the wipes provided.
Re-rack all dumbbells and weight plates after use- if you use it, put it back.
No chalk permitted.
Do not drop, slam, or throw weights on the floor or against walls.
Keep the gym floor clear and tidy at all times.
Return mats, Bands and accessories after use
· Do not sit on resistance machines between sets – allow others to work in when possible.
Food is not to be consumed on the gym floor or in the studios.
Be conscious of fellow members in your vicinity when taking photos or videos.
Do not throw medicine balls or slam balls against walls.
Do not use walls for stretching or placing your feet.
Be courteous to fellow members and the equipment with care.
Lift heavy if you can – but please, Keep the noise down (no excessive grunting or shouting).
Under 15’s are not permitted to use any weights area outside of the Teen gym.
Gym staff are here to keep the space safe and enjoyable for everyone. Please follow their instructions and treat them with respect. If you do not, then we will cancel your membership. It is that simple.
