Fitness Class Booking & Cancellation Policy

At West Wood Club, you get over 4,500 FREE fitness classes every month across six Dublin Fitness Clubs.

And the great news? Most classes don’t need to be booked.

You simply turn up and enjoy your workout.

Which Classes Require Booking? Very few.

A small number of specialist classes require advance booking due to capacity.

These exclusive fitness classes are still 100% FREE with your membership — but booking is essential.

The bookable classes are:

  1. Gravity Pilates, Strength, and Core: Small-group training using Gravity reformer equipment.

  2. Les Mills Ceremony: A strength/cardio hybrid class - Hyrox style circuits.

  3. Les Mills Conquer: High-energy boxing and endurance training for all levels.

  4. Aquafit: Pool-based fitness classes with limited capacity.

Spaces are limited and every booking matters as these classes are in high demand. Please see our booking and cancellation policy below.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

To keep things fair for everyone, please follow these simple rules:

Booking your class

  • Booking opens 24 hours before the scheduled class start time

  • Book via:

Cancelling your class (very important)

If you can’t attend your booked class, cancel at least 2 hours before the class starts.

This gives another member the opportunity to take your place.

What Happens If You Don’t Cancel?

If you fail to cancel at least 2 hours before the class start time, a 2-week booking suspension will apply.

This means you will not be able to book any bookable classes for 14 days from the time of the missed class.

This policy protects:

  • Fair access

  • Full classes

  • Better experiences for everyone

Arrival & Attendance at your Class

Please:

  • Swipe in through main reception with your membership card or West Wood Club App (this registers your arrival)

  • Arrive at class studio or pool at least 5 minutes early

  • Ensure the instructor marks you as attended

Late Arrival Policy

  • If you arrive after the scheduled start time, your place is not guaranteed.

  • If a waiting list member is present and ready, your spot will be reassigned.

  • Once reassigned, your place will no longer be available.

Waiting List for Classes

If you try to book a class and the the class is full:

  • Join the waiting list through the App or reception

  • You will receive an App notification or email if a space becomes available

  • Please ensure your West Wood Club app notifications and emails are enabled.

Why This Policy Exists

These specialist classes have limited spaces.

When a member books and does not attend, another member misses out.

This policy isn’t about penalties. It’s about fairness.

We want:

  • Full classes

  • Zero wasted spaces

  • A great experience every time you train
