West Wood Club Workout for The World
Picture a child who lost everything overnight. Their home, their school, their safety. Clean water out of reach. No medicine. No certainty about what tomorrow looks like.
Now picture your Friday morning BodyPump class.
Those two things are about to connect — and that connection matters more than you might think.
On Friday 20th and Saturday 21st June, all six West Wood Clubs are taking part in LES MILLS Workout For The World — a global fitness event in partnership with UNICEF.
It's simple. You come in. You work out. You donate what you can. And kids in crisis get real, practical help — emergency supplies, clean water, healthcare, and protection — delivered within 48 hours of disaster striking.
Les Mills has already raised over US $2 million for UNICEF through events like this. This weekend, we're adding to that.
These aren't your usual classes. Think launch-party energy across all six clubs — brand new releases, fresh music, new moves, and rooms full of people who showed up for something bigger than themselves.
Brand new releases hitting the floor this weekend:
BodyPump · BodyAttack · BodyCombat · BodyBalance · The Trip · Les Mills Dance
Whether you're a regular or you haven't been in for a while — this is the weekend to come back.
Every single person in those rooms started somewhere. Nobody is watching you. Nobody is judging your squat depth or your coordination. What matters is that you turned up.
These classes are designed to work for every body, every fitness level, every age. You'll leave feeling better than when you walked in. That's a guarantee.
It couldn't be easier:

Give whatever you can — every amount helps
There's no minimum. A small donation still puts emergency supplies in children's hands. Bring a friend who's curious about the club and let them donate at the door.
Right now, more than one in six children worldwide are living in active conflict zones. When disaster strikes, UNICEF is on the ground within 48 hours — but only because people made it possible.
You're going to work out this weekend anyway.
This time, it counts for something beyond you.
