LES MILLS YOGA™ is designed as a four-part yoga series, with each 45-minute class offering a unique experience for your body and mind.

Not every club will offer all four classes immediately, but together they form the complete LES MILLS YOGA™ programme, which is now being delivered across West Wood Club locations as part of the live timetable.
