Car Park Attendant: Leopardstown

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and attentive Car Park Attendant to oversee the daily operations of our car park facility. The successful candidate will ensure a safe, secure, and clean environment for all users while maintaining a visible and approachable presence on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the car park to ensure the safety and security of vehicles and customers

• Act as a visible presence to deter anti-social or suspicious behaviour

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the car park, including litter removal

• Report any incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly

• Assist customers with general enquiries in a professional and friendly manner

• Ensure parking rules and regulations are followed

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential

Working Conditions:

• May involve outdoor work in varying weather conditions
