Club Operations Manager – West Wood Club Aston Quay

Location: Dublin City Centre

West Wood Club Aston Quay is one of Dublin’s most iconic premium fitness clubs. We’re busy, fast-moving, and laser-focused on delivering a five-star experience every day. That takes leadership, discipline, and someone who takes real pride in running a club that members love.

We’re now hiring a Club Operations Manager who brings energy, ownership, and high standards to everything they do. If you want an easy job, this isn’t it. If you love a challenge, deliver strong results, and thrive in a high-performance environment, you’ll fit right in.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, member-focused leadership position. While on duty, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the entire club—gym floor, pool, studios, reception, and all activity areas. Our members pay for a premium experience. Your job is to deliver it consistently.

Key Responsibilities

You will take full responsibility for:

  • Running the club to West Wood Club’s premium standards during every shift.

  • Executing instructions from the General Manager with accuracy and consistency.

  • Learning all aspects of the role quickly and applying them with confidence.

  • Managing all departments while on duty and ensuring seamless coordination.

  • Prioritising tasks to protect the member experience and daily operations.

  • Spotting issues early and resolving them before they affect members.

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety.

  • Upholding Health & Safety protocols (experience or qualifications are a strong advantage).

  • Ensuring all West Wood Club systems and procedures are followed, including:

  • Member retention initiatives

  • Maintenance and facilities procedures

  • Cleanliness and housekeeping systems

  • Front desk service and reception procedures

  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

  • Staying calm, organised, and effective under pressure.

This role includes regular evening and weekend work.

Who You Are

You take ownership. You bring structure, speed, and a sharp eye for detail. You understand that a premium club must look, feel, and operate at a premium level every minute of the day—and you take pride in making that happen.

How to Apply: Please send your CV and cover letter to [email protected]

Deadline: 26 November 2025
