Gym Equipment Technician – Maintenance & Repair
Location: Dublin | West Wood Club
At West Wood Club, everything depends on equipment working properly.
We operate hundreds of pieces of resistance, cardio, and functional gym equipment.
Every machine must be safe, reliable, and ready to use at all times.
We are looking for a hands-on Gym Equipment Technician who can diagnose faults properly and fix them fully — not just get machines back up and running.
The Role
You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and preparation of gym equipment, ensuring it operates to a high standard at all times.
This is a practical role where your work is seen every day on the gym floor.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and service all gym equipment
• Diagnose faults quickly and accurately
• Repair mechanical issues across cardio and resistance machines
• Ensure all equipment is safe, clean, and fully operational
• Carry out preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
• Respond quickly to equipment issues
• Assist with the assembly and installation of new equipment
What We’re Looking For
• Strong practical, hands-on skills
• Experience in maintenance, mechanical repair, or similar
• Ability to diagnose and fix problems properly
• High standards and attention to detail
• Reliable and well organised
• Able to work independently
Experience with gym equipment is an advantage, but not essential.Why This Role Matters

West Wood Club Clontarf, Dublin 3 (with occasional work across other West Wood Club locations)
