Full Sales Training Provided

The sales department is the one part of the business where your training starts BEFORE your first day. You get 4 full days of intensive sales and marketing training on ‘how to sell and market fitness’.  So don’t worry if you’ve absolutely no sales, marketing, or business development experience.

Your training includes...

• How to sell and market fitness

• How to sell gym memberships

• How to sell and market personal training

• How to generate profitable sales leads for a fitness business

On-going Sales and Marketing Training/Workshops

All sales staff attend on-going of ‘fitness business’ sales and marketing workshops and training every year - with regular opportunities to move into sales management.

Your Role on the West Wood Club Sales Team

In the sales department you are part of the West Wood Club business development team spread across 6 clubs. The sales teams in our 6 clubs work together to drive the business forward. And only those who want to work as part of the global sales team should apply.

Sales is ideally suited to staff with good fitness knowledge - who want to learn how to make a fitness business profitable. This vitally important role is about using your fitness knowledge to inspire people to start exercising.
