We’re hiring a part-time Membership Sales Executive at West Wood Club, Dun Laoghaire.

We’ll Train You to Succeed

You’ll learn how to:

• Sell fitness and close sales

• Grow membership using proven sales systems

• Use CRM platforms and marketing automation tools to maximise sales performance

• Build sales and marketing databases for future member recruitment campaigns

You don’t need sales experience — just the commitment to learn how to close sales.

Your Role

Every day you’ll:

• Call sales leads and convert them into booked appointments for the sales team

• Fill the next 7 days with qualified sales appointments for your club

• Close 73% of all sales appointments on their first visit (with training)

• Inspire people to start their fitness journey

• Help grow one of Ireland’s most successful fitness brands

This isn’t a micromanaged role.

This is a performance-based commercial sales position.

The role is roughly 40% lead conversion and 60% closing sales.

The Tough Side of the Job

This is not an easy role. You will:

• Be expected to close sales

• Speak with 20–50 new people every day — on phone, and face-to-face

• Hear “no” more often than “yes” — and keep going

• Be judged on results, not effort or intentions

• Need the discipline to pick up the phone, follow up, and follow through every single day

Preferred qualifications (or equivalent):

• Sports Science degree or Master’s degree

• Leisure Management degree

• Physical Education degree

• Health & Fitness degree (e.g. TUD, SETU, UL)

• Sport & Exercise Management degree

• Exercise & Health Studies degree

• Recreation & Sports Management degree

• Any NFQ Level 6–8 qualification in fitness, sports coaching, exercise, or health promotion

Salary

Basic pay plus monthly commission
