We’re hiring a Sales & Membership Advisor to join our Membership Growth Team at West Wood Club, Sandymount.

We’ll train you from scratch. You’ll learn all the skills and strategies you need to:

• Sell health club memberships (ethically and effectively)

• Sell high-value personal training packages

• Master sales and fitness business management

• Implement the latest digital and direct and marketing strategies for fitness clubs

Your Role on the Sales Team

As part of our dynamic sales team, you’ll:

• Inspire people to take the first step in their fitness journey

• Use your fitness knowledge to guide new members

• Work closely with our sales teams across all 6 West Wood Club locations

• Help grow one of Ireland’s most successful fitness brands

This is not a micromanaged role. We want driven, independent team players who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
