Are there hidden fees?

No. West Wood Club is fully transparent — everything is explained upfront.

Can I change my membership type?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your membership anytime — just speak to reception.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes — for medical or special circumstances. Terms and conditions apply.

Can I transfer my membership to another person?

No. Memberships are non-transferable.

How do I cancel my membership?

After your minimum contract term, cancellation requires 60 days’ notice — submitted through your club’s reception.

How do I request a freeze?

Contact your club’s reception or membership team — they’ll help you submit a freeze request.

How do I update my bank details?

Contact your club’s membership team to update payment information securely.

How do monthly membership payments work?

Membership is usually paid by monthly direct debit.

What happens if I rejoin after cancelling?

We’d love to have you back! You’ll pay a new joining fee — although former members sometimes get special re-join offers.

Who do I contact if I have billing questions?

Contact your club’s membership team — they’re ready to help.

Will I be charged while my membership is frozen?

A small admin fee will apply during the freeze, but full membership payments are paused.
