Are free guest passes available?

Can I bring a guest to West Wood Club?

Yes. Guests can attend for a daily fee of €50 — ask reception for details.

Can I take photos or videos inside the club?

For privacy reasons, photography and filming are not permitted on the gym floor, in changing rooms, or pools without management approval.

Absolutely. We regularly survey members to improve services — and we encourage all members to participate!

How can I suggest new ideas for the club?

Fill out a suggestion form at reception or email your club manager — all ideas are welcome.

How is the gym music selected?

We play energetic, motivating music to create a fun workout atmosphere. Feel free to bring your own playlist and headphones.

Is smoking or vaping allowed anywhere on site?

No. West Wood Clubs are 100% smoke-free and vape-free inside and outside.

What happens if I have a complaint?

Speak directly to your Club Manager — we take all feedback seriously and resolve issues quickly.
